Dear Band Parents & Supporters,

We would like to compile a list of trucks, trailer, and drivers who might be willing to help transport Band equipment or props to various competitions. One important goal this year is to have a backup vehicle and trailer for each of our primary vehicles and trailers in the event someone has mechanical trouble or cannot attend an event. At this point we are only trying to find out who is interested and what sizes of trucks and trailers may be available. You may or may not be asked to drive or provide a trailer depending on the Band's needs. We sincerely appreciate your willingness to help.

The categories are:

• HEAVY 3/4 ton or 1 ton for Band Trailer (preferably with large trailer towing experience-many of the places we will be going are difficult to maneuver in)
• 1/2 Ton or larger for props/percussion
• 1/2 ton or larger for Gator/drum major stands
• 6x 10 or larger enclosed cargo trailer for percussion
• 6 x 20 or larger flatbed for props
