12:15 Rehearsal is still REQUIRED and MANDATORY(No uniforms necessary)

Lee's Summit North Festival is CANCELED
due to the weather

ALL Guard and Band Personnel continue to report to the High School for the 12:15 rehearsal.

Rain or shine - we still have a show to prepare for in the dome next week.

See you at 12:15.

Lee’s Summit North Marching Festival
October 13, 2007

12:15 PM Rehearsal Begins at the High School

1:15 PM Rehearsal Ends. Begin packing instruments and loading instruments on the trailer. Use the bathroom before leaving. Change into your uniform before loading the bus.

2:15 PM Leave for Lee’s Summit North.

3:15 PM Arrive at Lee’s Summit North High School. Wait for directions.

3:15 PM Unload equipment. And get ready to do the show warm-up.

4:10 PM Physical warm-up.

4:35 PM We will do our musical warm-up on the practice field.

4:55 PM Report to the stadium gate.

5:00 PM PERFORMANCE!!! We are in the 6A (Crimson) class; let’s give our absolute best show of the year. Be smart, be under control and be confident! Great practice throughout the week will determine how prepared our performance will be.

5:15 PM Head to the busses and trailers to pack instruments and gear away.

5:30 PM Eat!!!

6:15 PM Be at the stadium to watch Blue Valley West and Lee’s Summit North. Both bands are in exhibition, but Blue Valley West is usually very good and we can learn a lot from them.

6:45 PM Awards.

7:15 PM Load the busses and head for home.

8:15 PM Unload the trailer. Everyone helps to unload and everyone make sure the busses are cleaned up before we leave.
