Center High School Winter Percussion Itinerary for March 24th Friday Right After School –We will load the trailer to save time in the morning. Everyone is needed on this night to make sure their equipment gets loaded. This needs to move quicker than last time. Remember and learn from how it went before. 8:50 am – Arrive at HS to load bus. 10:00 am – Arrive at Center HS and check-in. 11:00 am – MS Guard performs. Cheer them on; some of you may need to help with floor and props. 12:30 – Be IN uniform at our equipment. 12:38 – HS Guard Performs. We will NOT be able to watch them this time, we must be at our equipment making sure is ok to go. 12:50 –Warm-up don’t know where yet. 1:18 – We report for performance. 1:26 – Our Performance. Stay relaxed and focused. This is the last performance before championships. We have to get better each time. Strive for Excellence! Perform like you are capable, there is no room for shyness. 1:34 – When we are done, take everything back to the trailer and pack it up. No one leaves till all is packed. Then we go back to the gym and sit as a group for the rest of the performances. There are Drumlines that perform after us, so hustle so we may watch them. 1:50 – Captains Retreat. Then load buses and head home. 3:30ish – Get home and unload the trailer ========================================================== We will have extra seats on the Bus for parents to ride if they would like. There are 15 spots open. If your parents would like to ride the bus, have them email me at kspayde_06@yahoo.com. It will be a first come first serve basis. Admission will be $7 for Adults, $5 for children 5-10 and Free to 4 and under. If someone you know helped us move onto the floor last competition and cannot this time, please let me know ASAP so I can plan accordingly. We will be assigned a homeroom for this competition. I don’t know if all equipment will be there or not. The room will not be monitored. Do not leave valuables in the room. Do not hang out in the room. It is a short day, watch what guards we can and change into uniform when indicated. |
